Celebrating International Women's Day

Friday 8th March is International Women's Day and to celebrate we wanted to recognise the incredible Gabrielle "Coco" Chanel. Coco Chanel pioneered the pyjama look as early as 1918 combining elegance and comfort.

By the mid 1920s rich women everywhere had embraced this gender-confusing look and by the 1930s this look had made its' way onto the beaches of the South of France, Brighton and as far as Florida and Japan
